Often these utensils are stored messily in a drawer and out of sight. HEX is a cutlery set designed to be shown off and be part of the room. The name HEX comes from the hexagon profile on the end of the handles as well as using 120° "rules" throughout the set to bring each piece together. Contrasting sharp and smooth elements gives an overall balanced aesthetic both visually and tactilely.
The stand, made from walnut and anodized aluminium, can hold up to 16 pieces of cutlery (4 each). Each piece nests closely allowing for compact storage.The tapered hexagonal profile near the ends of the cutlery handle can easily be orientated the same direction and also give the appearance of the cutlery floating within the block.
