"EXPLORING LAHORE"
is a journey of two days, where we captured all the memorable places and monuments.

Lahore is the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab and the second largest city in the country. A native of Lahore is called Lahori. It is the largest native Punjabi-populated city in the world and an important historical centre of the country. Lahore is situated near India with the closest Indian city being Amritsar, the holiest place for Sikhs being located only 31 miles (50 km) away. With a rich history dating back over a millennium, Lahore is a main cultural centre of Punjab and Pakistan. One of the most densely populated cities in the world, Lahore remains an economic, political, transportation, entertainment, and educational hub. It is referred to as the "Mughal City of Gardens" due to the historic presence of gardens in and around the city dating back to the Mughal period.
The Badshahi Mosque or the 'Royal Mosque' in Lahore, commissioned by the sixth Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1671 and completed in 1673, is the second largest mosque in Pakistan and South Asia and the fifth largest mosque in the world.

Minar-e-Pakistan  is a public monument located in Iqbal Park in Lahore, Pakistan. The tower was constructed during the 1960s on the site where, on 23 March 1940, the All-India Muslim League passed the Lahore Resolution, the first official call for a separate homeland for the Muslims living in the South Asia, in accordance with the two nation theory.
