During a typography workshop, in groups of three, we chose to work on the city of Athens and its buildings demolished or whose construction was abandoned.
We have decided to work on this value and represent the letters with all these details, the broken materials, the iron bars or demolished stone. Based on our alphabet we created another poster depicting the destroyed city of Athens. We cut the alphabet with the laser machine and we used it as a stencil for the second poster. Our letters are assembled to recreate a hill and the Athens environment.
Lors d'un workshop typographie, par groupe de 4, nous avons choisi de travailler sur la ville d'Athènes et ses bâtiments démolis ou dont la construction fut abandonnée. A partir de notre alphabet nous avons pu faire une affiche représentant la ville détruite d'Athènes.
