FLOWER POWER
The term ‘flower power’ became synonymous with the 1960’s. This slogan is used to describe the passive, peaceful resistance movement of the time, which was rooted in the opposition against the Vietnam War. The flower came to be an iconic symbol of non-violence and harmony. The concept behind this shoot is to show a contemporary impression of the prominent trend from late 60s and early 70s of colour blocking with solid colour and floral prints.
