Relativity in Marketing

Having a background in marketing, I thought it might be cool to use 3D to show a few marketing tricks. Relativity is the first one.

We tend to buy things that can be compared.

Here is the story

Let's imagine that you are shopping in the Planet Shop, where you want to buy a good planet for life. There you see three options: Earth, Earth Max and Pluto.

Earth Max seems like a better deal than Earth. It has a bigger size, clouds and it's colorful. Moreover, it's not so much different in price. Meanwhile, Pluto is not even a planet and can't be compared.

That's how

Marketers use this trick to sell Earth Max option. This way it appears more attractive.
