DESCRIPTION
World Information Technology Foundation was power by World Cloud Ventures UIUX & Tech Team. There are 1 big challenges in building this digital product, it is to manage respective stakeholder expectation & codify fancy user interface.

CHALLENGE 1: MANAGE STAKEHOLDER EXPECTATION
The respective stakeholders are sure about creating a digital product to let their customer manage all the loyalty points. They are not sure the limitation of crafting a playful & sticky user experience. To solve this challenge, I have go wild & dream about the User Interface part without worry the way Tech Team going to deliver it. I have craft few concept that will still achieved the business goal & provide playful user experience to targeted customer. 

CHALLENGE 2: CODIFY FANCY USER INTERFACE
We presented two concepts to stakeholder & tech team, to get a green light to build. The stakeholder are happy Concept: The Fluid, they give us a green light to start build it. That time, we are a small team, 2 Back End Developer & 1 UIUX Designer. There are some heat discussion happened while execute the Concept: The Fluid dashboard. We have not much choice, we only can move forward to complete it.  To solve this challenge, Chua has shared that actually we can use React Native as skeleton & he need my help to craft the HTML5 & CSS3. 

After complete crafting all the necessary screens & flow and hand over to tech team, I have put on my front-end web developer hat to start solve to codify the design. There is a lot of try and error along the way.

I pick up the challenge & really crack my head up to craft the Concept: The Fluid via using HTML & CSS. 
We're glad we able to pull it off & live the WITF app to PlayStore & AppStore

The project take about 3 months to complete with 3 talents contribution in a 5 working days manner.

DAILY PHYSICAL STAND UP & WORKSHOP CONDUCT: Ken Lim
Due to the complexity of the loyalty points mechanism, we really pencil & paper to draft out the details. This is to make sure the WITF app is relevant to business & targeted customer. 

We kickstart the 9.00am stand up, where we gather physically to share the task we are going complete today & the challenges we face.The discipline we learn from daily physical stand up really tighten our bond. 

As you can from the images below, those are the paper note, low-fi wireframe and daily agenda from Ken Lim, UIUX Designer to the team. It is always glad to experience collective effort and team bonding through small task completion each days.
