Guanghua Road SOHO is the core of a micro-urban fragment by itself, where a wealth of business forms and different groups of people gather here, providing a complete daily life, eating, drinking, playing, and working consumption. Designed by Ma Qingyun, the founding partner and design director of American Madasiban (U.S., Shanghai) Architects, and Dean of the School of Architecture at the University of Southern California. The white facade with the theme of "circular" puts classic and fashionable "clothing" on the building.
The dot is a popular symbol that will never go out of style and a symbol of fashion. The round layout allows Guanghua Road SOHO to become an open space. There will be more than 60% open space here, integrating the surrounding streets and landscape. The building and the city, indoor and outdoor are integrated and connected, and the crowd is drawn into the dazzling consumption space from the street at any time.
The four 60-meter-high towers slightly twisted at different heights and in different directions. The dark elevators and passages usually located in the center of the office building were moved outwards, directly facing the bright glass body or exterior windows, forming a "bright lung" ". The dots and "bright lungs" bring sunlight to the house, and Guanghua Road SOHO is a rare building that can receive sunlight in the elevator hall.
