危楼高百尺,
手可摘星辰。
不敢高声语,
恐惊天上人。
The poem describes that the sky stars as if tentacles can be obtained, but as if the moon, far away. Celestial beings seem to be staring at your words and deeds at any time, and do not say to pick up the stars, even dare not speak aloud. Some things, even close to you, are extravagant.
