DESCRIPTION
World Cloud Ventures start as agency in building digital product to Malaysia Small & Medium Size Business in 2017 ~ 2018. In 2019, World Cloud Ventures decide to evolve their business model into blockchain technology. There are 2 challenges they face in presenting their brand to the local market.
Firstly, the 1st challenge is the brand need to firm their direction. A thunder workshop needed with respective stakeholder to understand and align the vision of the brand before kickstart any graphic design work. I have organized a 1 hour one-to-one brand exercise with stakeholder in understanding his thought & vision about the business.
The 2nd challenge is the 2018 build public website does not reflect their business model and robust digital services they able to provide to the market. A tech review between Front End Developer & Back End Developer to understand the most efficient & fastest way to execute the website build.
The project take about 2 months to complete with 6 talents contribution in a 5 working days manner.
