LIFE CYCLE / REINCARNATION
The idea that inspired me to make this piece is simply how flowers are always incorporated with birth(life) and death. Giving a bouquet of flowers symbolizes love, celebration, gratitude, etc. and therefore always seen in celebration of a new born child, graduations, any achievements, weddings and funerals.
I simply combined the elements that symbolizes life and death, with something that has a connection with the two, hence the bouquet. It also represents the idea of beauty in life, and how others find peace in their death and the belief of something greater will happen in their afterlife.
Everyday people die and babies are born, and this is to celebrate the lives lived by those people and the lives born everyday.
