Visual language project for demonstrating our creative side. For this project I designed a pair of headphones but with a twist.

Inspired by Love and Music, the idea was that a couple would wear this side by side and the overall shape made by the headphones and wires would create a heart shape <3
The red resembles the shape of a real heart whilst the silver strands are meant to resemble arteries.

This headphone was drawn up on Solidworks and then exported as an .stl file and 3D printed on an SLS machine. There were 15 individual parts. It was then refaced, primed, sprayed, lacquered and then assembled using epoxy.
