Emerald Portal: At the Edge of the Sea
When creating this album cover I was given the idea of representing the feeling of comfort in not knowing what comes next. I chose to go a very abstract route for this design because that feeling comes from a place in your mind that’s not tangible so I didn’t want the design to resemble anything the audience could connect to a tangible object. I chose the green and blue color to represent the natural and healthy expression of that feeling as well as to emphasize a sense of water because of the album’s name “At the Edge of the Sea”.
