After a quick sketch in Illustrator, I create the main body shape using Blender, a 3D modeling software. Then use Unfold to translate the 3D model into a paper template.

Assembly can get messy, but it helps to have company. This was crafted while livestreamed, chatting with those that virtually stopped by. 

Tony not only provided the color palette, but type-set the messages on the posters.
