Providing Necessary Legal Services

A recent graduate of the California Western School of Law, Shaian Mohammadi serves as a Paralegal in the Law Offices of Rafael Ureña and Curtis Morrison. Mohammadi's responsibilities include case law research and preparations of motions.

In addition to his duties at the firm, Shaian Mohammadi engages with a number of philanthropic law organizations, such as varying criminal justice reform non-profits, the Phi Alpha Delta International Legal Fraternity, as well as the Women’s Law Caucus (WLC) sponsored by his alma mater, the California Western School of Law.

WLC aims to educate the public and promote awareness in regards to a breadth of issues women face within the United States legal system. Established by the California Western Law School Student Bar Association, the inclusive organization provides a platform for students to discuss these challenges, while also offering general support to the local legal community.

WLC members engage in various community activities in support of women's shelter groups. Shaian Mohammadi, in conjunction with the WLC, worked with his colleagues to set volunteer hours at local shelters in downtown San Diego. Members also benefit from professional networking with local attorneys and having the opportunity to both arrange and attend special guest lectures. To learn more about the WLC, visit cwslsba.org
