L to R: Doritos packaging designs. The bag to the left was designed specifically for Kroger stores. If you scanned the image of the Guardians on the bottom left corner you unlocked exclusive behind the scenes footage. The bag in the middle was a Walmart exclusive Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 design. It was a challenge to get Doritos to approve changing the main color of the bag from purple to the blue/purple gradient I used. The Spidey bag on the right was a group effort. Many hands touched this concept. It took multiple meetings with Frito-Lay to get approval to just move the positioning of the chips to the middle of the bag; then throw in taking over the entire bag with Spideys eyes, plus his costume design & texture. Thankfully everyone got on board with our creative vision and the final design came out striking, plus it got tons of great feedback from consumers.
Last holiday season I made a special batch of Cherry Bounce whiskey for friends and family. As any good designer would do, i also created a custom label for the gift.
Fossil watch packaging tins. The set on the left are based around a "country rock" theme. I took the designs into a Hatch Show Print letter press look and feel. These tins won an award in Print magazine. The tins to the right are based around vintage Formula 1 racing. I love Formula 1, so I decided to create a vintage racing inspired graphics, something that looked like it was taken from the vintage magazines.
Frito-Lay shipping boxes. Frito-Lay came to us and asked if we could create some fun graphics for their shipping boxes. They were tired of using plain brown cardboard, lacking any personality. My two designs centered around the joy people feel when enjoying their products.
7 Eleven Slurpee cup designs created for the start of the 2019 NFL football season
In-Store "Knock Outs", basically shipping boxes that are used as point of sale. The retailer knocks out the front, stacks them on top of one another and it creates a large point of sale merchandiser. The left and middle boxes were created for a Call of Duty partnership with Doritos, the box at the far right was created for Miami area stores leading up to Super Bowl 54 in Miami.
L to R: An in-flight Pepsico prepackaged meal box, featuring under lid games & puzzles passengers could complete while enjoying their purchase. A Fossil desk calendar housed in a custom midcentury modern tin, A limited edition San Fransisco themed Big Gulp cup for 7 Eleven for Super Bowl 50, and at far right, a set of Top-n-Go bags made for 7 Eleven shoppers.
