PATAGONIA is a personal editorial project where I created some spreads and covers for a mock travel and adventure magazine offering advice and itineraries for adventurous souls seeking to explore remote regions around the world and also that looks at nature through a philosophical lens.
The design and layout are relatively clean with little adornment, allowing the colors from the photographs to stand out, arrangement of photos and text, and pull quotes to bring variety to the spreads. Vertical lines are created in the layout of the images and text to give an elegant mood. Horizontal lines are also through the layouts to give a sense of calm and balance.
Overall, the publication intends to manifest in visual form, the pure and monolithic beauty of nature with its dramatic landscapes.
