This commission was made for the cover of a music album, so the background and characters were worked on separate layers and thus improve interaction with the graphic design that would be placed later.
The requests for this illustration were very specific:
three characters as soldiers of a rebellion, a woman a man and a robot. A desert landscape with an erupting volcano and a space portal.
