Shipyard estate is a design of housing site located in a currently half uninhabitet site in Brno near Brno showgrounds. The site provides living for over 1000 people, supermarket, community center for elders and youth, kindergarten and sports centre. The whole complex is separated from the outside by a hill barrier which is accessible through tunnel.
