This is the Creative process for the creation of a Logotype for a Mexican Restaurant in Canada, the main plus of this restaurant is that they not also sell tacos, they also offer mexican cuisine dishes, prepared by a mexican chef.

First of all we had these visual references:

Then, taking these ideas, we worked in a variety of ideas:

We refined 6 of them as an initial stage, we wanted to find a certain element that could represent not only "tacos", we wanted to reflect the Mexican cuisine tradition as a symbol.

The client chose the first option, so, we refined the idea of the "Molcajete" which is a very common and traditional tool in the mexican cuisine, and add it some colors:

According to our talk with our client, we decided to follow the line of option 3 but, with the colors of option 1. We also added certain elements that could bring more mexican energy and vibes to the "Molcajete" symbol. 

And this is the final result, the client can use the "Molcajete" symbol as a standalone element, creating patterns in one color or in full color. He can also use this element or the whole logo for their tags, menus, or other graphic applications as well as their webpage.
