Vinh Trac Dong, located in Bac Lieu province, is facing severe consequences from drought, saline intrusion, and a significant shortage of young labor force. In response to these challenges, Bac Lieu province has collaborated with KU Leuven University and universities in Vietnam to conduct on-site surveys and design solutions to address these issues.
